The Thumbtrack Birdie is a slow, straight-flying putt and approach disc known for its unique Thumtrac® groove that provides exceptional grip and control. With almost no turn or fade, it delivers a neutral, point-and-shoot flight ideal for accurate approaches and confident putts. Its deep, flat profile feels familiar to players coming from catch discs or ultimate, offering a predictable release and reliable land-and-stick finish near the basket.

DX plastic offers excellent grip and affordability, making it a popular baseline choice for all skill levels. Its tacky, chalk-like texture ensures consistent control in various weather conditions. While it wears in faster than premium plastics, that gradual change allows discs to develop new flight characteristics over time. DX plastic is perfect for practice rounds, beginners, or shots where you want dependable grip without worrying about scuffs or heavy wear.
